USGERA TUNIs

Membership Policies and Terms

1. Any individual utilizing the pool and/or gym may be asked to present an ID; failure to provide a valid ID may result in immediate ejection from the pool and/or gym and forfeiture of future USGERA membership (if applicable).
2. Gym and pool access is prohibited for those below the age of 18 unless accompanied by an adult for safety reasons.
3. USGERA members are not permitted to bring guests without prior approval from RSO and the USGERA board.
4. Single USGERA membership grants access to the pool and gym for only the dues-paying member. Said USGERA member may select the "Family" or "Plus One" membership, which entitles him/her to bring one or more immediate family members (depending on membership type) to utilize the pool and/or gym (depending on the age of the child). Each family member must have his/her own membership ID and fob to access the pool and gym facilities. 
5. Any USGERA member who willfully violates this policy (e.g. bringing in unauthorized guests or family members who are not covered under his/her membership) may have their USGERA membership revoked with no refund of dues paid. 
6. Commissary Access: 
• LES/FSN members may only purchase single-serve duty free goods to be consumed on site (6FAM540). LES/FSN members cannot purchase items that would be consumed over a period of time.
• Third Country Diplomat members must provide an attestation letter confirming diplomatic privileges and will be charged a 10% surcharge for every commissary purchase. Commissary access may be limited at the discretion of the USGERA board in accordance with the by-laws.
• ACST members may purchase duty-free goods in the commissary, but alcoholic beverages and tobacco products are excluded.
7. By completing my application, I hereby hold harmless and dismiss the United States Government (USG) and United States Government Employees Recreation Association (USGERA), its members, officers, board members, and employees of any responsibility for loss or injury occurring while on the premises of the USGERA Recreation Center (including the gym and pool). I understand that my family members and I use the USGERA facilities at our own risk and accept full responsibility. I further understand that my membership can be suspended or canceled at any time by the USGERA Board for the reasons they find valid.
